Gaulu Group Theatrical production management team is responsible for realising the visions of the producer and the director or choreographer. We effectively coordinate the scenes, wardrobe, lighting, sound, video and stage management.

In addition to our management and financial skills, our production team has detailed knowledge of and complete understanding of the production process. This involves dealing with matters ranging from the procurement of staff, materials and services, shipping requirements, telecommunications, labor relations, logistics solutions, information technology, government liaison, venue booking, scheduling, operations management, risk management and safety.
